Running for Clean Water — Bringing Safe Drinking Water to Families in Venezuela

In Venezuela, many families live without access to safe drinking water. This leads to a rise in preventable illnesses such as diarrhea, typhoid fever, and hepatitis A—affecting children and the elderly the most. But together, we can change this reality.

We are volunteers with Meals4Hope, a foundation we know well and fully trust. Their projects fight child malnutrition and improve living conditions in vulnerable communities, always with a model that empowers local families and treats them with dignity.

This year, we want to take an extra step: providing water filters to 80 families (around 350 people). With your support, we can give them access to something as essential as clean, safe water.

To make this happen, Linyú, Laura, and I will be running the Barcelona Half Marathon. Our fundraising goal is a minimum of €500… and the best part is that every euro you donate will be matched e thanks to a generous contributor!
